- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the bell peppers, carrots, and green onions. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary, and stir-fry bell peppers, carrots, and green onions for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, add the drained lo mein noodles, and pour in soy and oyster sauce. Toss to combine and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
