Preparation

  2. Chill the vanilla mousse for 10-15 minutes until slightly set.
  3. Blend cranberries with sugar, orange zest, and juice until smooth. Fold in whipped cream carefully.
  4. Layer the cranberry mousse over the vanilla mousse, smoothing out the top.
  5. Cover and chill mousse cups for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  6. Before serving, let them sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to enhance texture.
