  • 12 ounces Mozzarella Ciligiene Shaped cheese for skulls
  • 12 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 12 leaves Basil Leaves Fold leaves gently for skewering
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Substitute with light oil if preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar Balsamic glaze can be used for thicker drizzle

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gently drain the moisture from mozzarella Ciligiene.
  3. Lightly oil your silicone skull molds.
  4. Place drained mozzarella into molds and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, press down on cheese balls, then refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove skull-shaped mozzarella from molds and assemble each skewer.
  7. Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar; drizzle over skewers.
