Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by removing the pits from the pitted dates and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Place the chopped dates in a bowl and pour in 1 cup of chilled milk. Cover and refrigerate to soak for at least 4 hours.
  3. Once soaked, add the dates and milk to a blender, along with the chopped ripe banana and optional ingredients. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Pour the milkshake into serving glasses. Optionally garnish with chopped almonds or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 10 minutes to enjoy chilled.
