Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine your choice of nut or seed butter with raw honey. Stir these together for about 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in rolled oats, ground flaxseed, brewer's yeast, and ground cinnamon. Continue mixing for another 1–2 minutes.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips for about 30 seconds.
  4. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
