Preparation Steps
- Wash a ripe pineapple under cool water, slice off the crown and base, cut off the skin, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Roll 1-2 fresh lemons on the countertop, cut in half, juice, and strain to remove seeds and pulp.
- In a blender, combine pineapple pieces, lemon juice, and ice. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust consistency with more ice if you want a thicker texture.
- Pour into chilled glass bottles or mason jars, garnish with lemon slices or mint, and serve immediately.
