Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, reduce the pumpkin puree for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine lukewarm milk, yeast, and sugar. Allow to activate for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Mix in the reduced pumpkin, eggs, and melted butter, then gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Shape dough into a ball, place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size for 1-2 hours.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing reduced pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
  6. Once risen, punch down the dough, roll it out, spread filling evenly, and cut into 12 equal rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and allow to rise for another 30-60 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and aromatic.
  9. Prepare icing by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and espresso powder until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the icing over rolls after they cool slightly, and serve warm.
