- Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle. Pour over jasmine green tea and butterfly pea flowers in a heatproof pitcher. Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain and cool.
- In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries and sugar. Mash blueberries and simmer on low for 5 minutes until thickened into jam.
- In a tall glass, add 2 tablespoons of blueberry jam, then pour in the cooled tea base and 1 cup of milk. Stir gently.
- Spread additional blueberry jam inside the glass, add boba pearls and ice, then pour in the milk tea mixture.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries or mint and serve immediately.
