  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries Can use fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup White Sugar Can substitute with honey or agave syrup
For the Tea Base
  • 2 cups Water For boiling
  • 2 tablespoons Jasmine Green Tea Any green tea can be used as a substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Butterfly Pea Flowers Enhances the blue color; optional
For the Drink
  • 1 cup Milk Can use regular, almond, or oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons Cooked Brown Sugar Boba Pearls For added texture

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle. Pour over jasmine green tea and butterfly pea flowers in a heatproof pitcher. Let steep for 5 minutes, then strain and cool.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries and sugar. Mash blueberries and simmer on low for 5 minutes until thickened into jam.
  3. In a tall glass, add 2 tablespoons of blueberry jam, then pour in the cooled tea base and 1 cup of milk. Stir gently.
  4. Spread additional blueberry jam inside the glass, add boba pearls and ice, then pour in the milk tea mixture.
  5. Garnish with fresh blueberries or mint and serve immediately.
