  1. Begin by measuring 4 cups of cold water and pour it into a high-speed blender.
  2. Next, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of coconut extract to the blender. Blend briefly until sugar begins to dissolve.
  3. Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  4. While blending, wash and cut 4 fresh limes into small wedges.
  5. Add the lime wedges to the blender and blend for another 20 seconds.
