- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until thick and smooth.
- Gently stir in half of the Halloween sprinkles into the batter, mixing carefully.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped Halloween Oreos evenly over the bottom of your prepared pan.
- Spoon the batter over the Oreo layer and smooth it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining chopped Oreos and sprinkles, pressing them slightly into the surface.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, lift the bars out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares or rectangles.
