Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil. Mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes until thick and smooth.
  3. Gently stir in half of the Halloween sprinkles into the batter, mixing carefully.
  4. Sprinkle half of the chopped Halloween Oreos evenly over the bottom of your prepared pan.
  5. Spoon the batter over the Oreo layer and smooth it out evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining chopped Oreos and sprinkles, pressing them slightly into the surface.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
