  • 2 pounds chicken wings Fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the marinade.
  4. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheets in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden and crispy.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving, allowing the sauce to set.
