Steps to Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Spread the mixed berry preserves on the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Brush melted butter and vanilla mixture on the pastry.
- Slice the pastry into 8 equal strips and twist each strip to create spirals.
- Arrange the twists on the baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg wash.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
