- Freeze the molds for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Melt chocolate and dip each frozen bite halfway after removing from molds.
- Refreeze the dipped bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
