- Add chicken pieces to the flour mixture in the bag. Seal and shake until each piece is thoroughly coated.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and finely chopped fresh parsley.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add coated chicken pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
