Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Allow about 10-15 minutes for your oven to fully heat up.
- Wash and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with paper towels, then cut each potato in half lengthwise.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary. Whisk the mixture until well blended.
- Add the halved potatoes to the bowl with the garlic butter mixture. Gently toss the potatoes to coat them evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the coated potatoes cut-side down on the sheet.
- Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and roast the potatoes for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Once golden and crispy, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
