  5. Once risen, punch down the dough, divide into three equal parts, and roll into ropes.
  6. Braid the three ropes together, then tuck ends underneath and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Let the braided loaf rise for another 30-40 minutes, covering loosely with a towel.
  8. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) during the last few minutes of the second rise.
