Method
 

Garlic Sauce Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, warm ½ cup heavy cream with 3 minced garlic cloves over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Remove from heat, whisk in ⅓ cup mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Patties Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs of ground beef, the remaining 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tsp garlic powder.
  2. Mix lightly until just combined and shape into 4 patties with an indent in the center.
Cooking Patties
  1. Preheat skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and reaching 160°F.
  2. Let the patties rest for 2 minutes.
Bun Toasting
  1. Slice open the brioche buns and melt 2 tbsp butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Brush cut sides of buns with melted butter and toast until golden.
Assembling Burgers
  1. Place arugula on each bottom bun, add a patty, drizzle with garlic sauce, and cap with the top bun.
