Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- On a floured surface, flatten the refrigerated biscuit dough into 4-5 inch circles.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold over and seal tightly.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic. In another bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan-parsley mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly on a wire rack for about 5 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes
Allow the beef mixture to cool slightly before sealing to prevent soggy dough. Customize cheese or spices as desired.
