  • 1 lb Ground Beef Substitute with turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter option.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste, but it's essential for seasoning the beef.
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly cracked provides the best flavor.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can enhance the flavor even more.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Can be replaced with fresh minced onion.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can work as a substitute.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Try Monterey Jack or pepper jack for variation.
For the Dough Coating
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Avoid sweet varieties to maintain the savory profile.
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter Olive oil can be a lighter substitute if desired.
For the Garlic Parmesan Coating
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh flavor boosts the garlic profile.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano is a good alternative.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley Dried parsley can be used if fresh is unavailable.

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Rolling Pin
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  2. On a floured surface, flatten the refrigerated biscuit dough into 4-5 inch circles.
  3. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold over and seal tightly.
  4. In a bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic. In another bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  5. Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan-parsley mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, cool slightly on a wire rack for about 5 minutes, then serve warm.
