Cooking Instructions
  1. Start by washing and halving the baby potatoes, then mince the fresh garlic cloves.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle on the Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot, then lay the seasoned chicken breasts on top.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
  5. Sprinkle the minced garlic and grated parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
  7. Carefully remove chicken and potatoes to serving dishes, drizzling any sauce from the crockpot over them.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
