- Layer seven sheets of phyllo dough in the greased baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the phyllo base and cover with a final sheet of phyllo, brushing with butter.
- Lightly score the top layer of phyllo with a sharp knife into diamond shapes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
