Preparation
- Preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature, around 400°F (200°C).
- Core the apples and cut them into thick slices, about half an inch wide. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Grill the apple slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and grill marked.
- In the last minute of grilling, place prosciutto over the apples to warm and crisp.
- Transfer the grilled apples and prosciutto to a serving platter and drizzle honey over the top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and crushed nuts if desired, then serve warm.
