- Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C). Grease the grill grates with canola oil.
- Wash and cut the honeycrisp apples into 1/8-inch slices. Toss these slices with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned apple slices on the preheated grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on one side until there are grill marks. Flip and grill the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the grilled apples to a serving platter. Layer them with prosciutto, goat cheese, and salted pistachios.
- Drizzle pure honey over the top and finish with fresh thyme.
