Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Roast the Sweet Potatoes: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Dice sweet potatoes and toss with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes.
