Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine equal parts of brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Coat the cut side with melted butter.
  4. Place the buttered peach halves cut side down on the grill and grill for about 3 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip the peaches and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the grilled side.
  6. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  7. Remove from grill and serve immediately with optional toppings.
