Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine equal parts of brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Coat the cut side with melted butter.
- Place the buttered peach halves cut side down on the grill and grill for about 3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the peaches and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the grilled side.
- Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately with optional toppings.
