  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional for heat.
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Vegetable broth can be used for a vegetarian option.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast can be used for a dairy-free option.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes until it shimmers.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Crumble the ground turkey into the skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until browned.
  5. Add the sliced zucchini and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender but firm.
  6. Sprinkle in dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then serve immediately garnished with extra Parmesan.
