- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, ground cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well-blended.
- Line a muffin tin with parchment muffin liners. Press the granola mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup, about ¼ inch thick.
- Spoon Greek yogurt onto each crust, filling each cup almost to the top and smoothing it out.
- Sprinkle fresh berries over each yogurt layer, pressing them slightly into the yogurt.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until firm to the touch.
- Once frozen, remove each cup and store in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2 months.
