Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Cook white rice according to package instructions and steam green beans until vibrant and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Heat avocado oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add cubed chicken in a single layer and stir often, cooking for about 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined and honey is fully dissolved.
  4. Remove cooked chicken from the skillet and tent with aluminum foil to keep warm.
  5. Pour the sauce into the hot skillet, scraping any browned bits. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook together for another minute or two.
  7. Serve the healthy sesame chicken over rice with green beans, garnished with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime juice.
