Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Cook white rice according to package instructions and steam green beans until vibrant and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Heat avocado oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add cubed chicken in a single layer and stir often, cooking for about 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined and honey is fully dissolved.
- Remove cooked chicken from the skillet and tent with aluminum foil to keep warm.
- Pour the sauce into the hot skillet, scraping any browned bits. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook together for another minute or two.
- Serve the healthy sesame chicken over rice with green beans, garnished with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime juice.
