Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or warm a skillet. Lightly fry or bake tortillas until golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side in skillet or 5-7 minutes baking.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until brown, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, warm refried beans for about 3-5 minutes, stirring until creamy. Add water if beans are too thick.
  4. On a baking sheet, lay a crispy tortilla, spread warmed refried beans, add seasoned beef, drizzle sauce, and sprinkle cheese evenly.
  5. Broil the pizza in the oven for about 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slice cooled pizzas into quarters, garnish with tomatoes, green onions, and olives as desired, and serve warm.
