- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until brown, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm refried beans for about 3-5 minutes, stirring until creamy. Add water if beans are too thick.
- On a baking sheet, lay a crispy tortilla, spread warmed refried beans, add seasoned beef, drizzle sauce, and sprinkle cheese evenly.
