  • 1.5 cups Long-Grain Rice Fluffy base
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth Adds richness

  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Use your favorite brand
  • 0.5 cup Honey Star sweetener
For the Vegetables

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Toss the chicken thighs in half of the honey BBQ sauce and arrange them in the baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, basting halfway through.
  6. Let the dish rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Plate rice and top with glazed chicken, drizzling leftover sauce over for flavor.
