  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken, seal the bag tightly, and ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  3. Mix the crumbled feta cheese with a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
