- Start by straining the full-fat cottage cheese using a fine mesh sieve to remove excess liquid. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.
- In a food processor, combine the strained cottage cheese, creamy natural peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, blending after each addition until you reach your desired texture.
- Transfer the mousse mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
