Step-by-Step Instructions for 5-Minute Peanut Noodles
  1. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, add your favorite noodles and cook according to the package instructions, usually around 4–5 minutes.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, in a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, dark soy sauce, chili oil, and rice vinegar. Stir until smooth.
  3. Drain the noodles in a colander, avoiding rinsing them, and let excess water drain.
  4. In the same pot, return the drained noodles and pour the creamy peanut sauce. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  5. If desired, add 1–2 tablespoons of the hot noodle water to adjust the sauce consistency and toss again.
