  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
  5. Roast the chicken for 45-55 minutes, basting every 15 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
