  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cream together the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
  5. Mix ground cinnamon with granulated sugar for the cinnamon swirl.
  6. Layer half of the batter in the loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar, then add the remaining batter and top with cinnamon sugar. Swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 55-65 minutes, checking for doneness.
