Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck with kosher salt, granulated garlic, cumin, and chili powder. Mix gently and shape into 5 equal patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, then add sliced sweet and red onions along with sweet peppers. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Transfer the Fajita Burgers to the grill. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
