- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Place a 9x13-inch baking dish in the oven while it preheats. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in the dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually stir in 3/4 cup of whole milk until smooth, then pour over the melted butter in the baking dish without stirring.
