Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic-Swirl Rolls
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  2. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour until it doubles in size.
  3. Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh herbs in a separate bowl. Stir until well combined.
  4. After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Spread the garlic herb filling over the dough, leaving a small border. Roll the dough tightly and seal the edge.
  5. Slice the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces and place them cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Leave space between each roll and cover with a towel. Let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
