  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create four thin pieces.
  3. Prepare dredging stations: mix flour and spices in one bowl, whisk eggs in the second, and place Panko breadcrumbs in the third. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, then eggs, and finally Panko.
  4. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil until shimmering. Fry chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Crumble feta over the fried chicken and broil for 2-3 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Drizzle with hot honey sauce and serve immediately with arugula or potato wedges.
