Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Hot Honey Feta Chicken
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create four thin pieces.
- Prepare dredging stations: mix flour and spices in one bowl, whisk eggs in the second, and place Panko breadcrumbs in the third. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, then eggs, and finally Panko.
- Heat about 1/2 inch of oil until shimmering. Fry chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Crumble feta over the fried chicken and broil for 2-3 minutes until bubbly.
- Drizzle with hot honey sauce and serve immediately with arugula or potato wedges.
