Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing your chosen beef into thin strips. Marinate with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and brown sugar for the creamy sauce. Chill it in the refrigerator.
  3. Combine water or broth with gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt in a pot. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions, around 3 minutes, until al dente.
  5. Heat a grill pan over high heat, add marinated beef strips, and grill for 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve Korean Ramen by ladling broth and noodles into bowls, topping with creamy sauce and grilled beef. Garnish if desired.
