- Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and brown sugar for the creamy sauce. Chill it in the refrigerator.
- Combine water or broth with gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt in a pot. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
