Steps
- Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat until bubbly and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until golden and aromatic.
- Stir in the Tuscan Marry Me Blend and a pinch of sea salt. Cook for 30 seconds, then add chopped sundried tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Reduce heat to low, pour in heavy cream, vegetable stock, and lemon juice. Stir well and let it gently bubble for 1-2 minutes.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, whisk continuously until it melts and the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Introduce chopped kale and butter beans, stirring to coat in the creamy sauce. Simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes until the kale wilts.
- Serve warm with additional grated Parmesan if desired.
