Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
  5. Transfer brownies to a wire rack and let cool completely for about 1 hour.
  6. Spread dark purple frosting evenly over the top of cooled brownies.
  7. Decorate with Peeps ghosts, pressing them gently into the frosting.
  8. Finish by adding sprinkles and candy eyeballs for decoration.
  9. Cut into squares and serve on a platter.
