  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 1 cup Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing can swap with blue cheese dressing

  • 1 teaspoon Salt kosher salt works best
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or use fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika is a great alternative
For Cheese and Topping
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese use cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Butter vegan butter works for dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning adjust to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Frank’s hot buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns snugly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom bun layer, followed by a layer of shredded cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the filling and press down lightly.
  6. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Coat the tops of the buns generously.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, slice sliders, and serve immediately.
