Step-by-Step Instructions for Juicy Burgers
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1 beaten egg, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown mustard, and 2 tablespoons of chopped unsalted butter. Sprinkle in ½ cup of breadcrumbs, ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Gently mix the ingredients with your hands until just combined.
- Once the mixture is prepared, divide it into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Before grilling, generously season the top of each patty with your favorite seasoning. Let the patties rest for about 10–15 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450°F to 500°F, ensuring the grates are clean and lightly greased.
- Carefully place the patties on the hot grill, cooking for 4–5 minutes on one side without pressing down. Flip and grill for another 3–4 minutes.
- If you’re a cheese lover, add slices of your favorite cheese onto each patty during the last 1–2 minutes of grilling.
- Once cooked to your liking, remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
Use 80/20 ground beef for optimal juiciness. Avoid pressing down on the patties while grilling to keep the juices inside.
