  • 2 large Eggs acts as a binder
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic adjust based on your garlic preference
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder adjust to cater to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder adjust to cater to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil fresh herbs can be used as well
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley fresh herbs can brighten the dish
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust according to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust according to taste
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk can substitute with plant-based milk for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melt before mixing in
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnishing
For the Glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melt before using
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan for glaze
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic to sauté for fragrance
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley adds brightness to glaze

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, and seasonings. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture onto your prepared surface and shape into a loaf.
  5. Bake the meatloaf for 40-45 minutes, checking internal temperature at 74°C (165°F).
  6. Prepare the glaze by melting butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, then mix in additional Parmesan and parsley.
  7. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
