  3. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with olive oil. Layer half of zucchini slices in the dish, followed by half of the ricotta, marinara, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  4. Sprinkle top layer with dried oregano. Bake for 20-25 minutes until zucchini is tender and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
