  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Slice your baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  6. Chop the cooked bacon into bite-sized pieces and spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice. Top with bacon and drizzle with syrup.
