Pizza Base
  • 1 batch Pizza Dough use pre-made or gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for brushing
Cheese & Toppings
  • 8 ounces Brie
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries or fresh, sweetened
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Walnuts
Drizzle
  • 1/4 cup Hot Honey or maple syrup for milder sweetness

Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) with a baking sheet inside.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Brush olive oil on the rolled-out dough, then layer brie, cranberries, and walnuts.
  4. Transfer to the preheated baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool, and drizzle with hot honey before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and serve warm.
