Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Peel 2-3 ripe bananas and place them in a large mixing bowl. Mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add ¾ cup of cottage cheese to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Gently sprinkle in 2½ cups of self-rising flour and stir until just combined, leaving a few dry flour spots.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-65 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
