Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (or 325°F if using frozen blueberries) and prepare your baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and all-purpose flour until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Toss blueberries with sugar and sour cream, then spread evenly over the crust.
  4. Mix the topping ingredients in the same bowl, then sprinkle over the blueberry filling.
