  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper or spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning until smooth. In another bowl, mix shredded cheddar, parmesan, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt-ranch mixture, then into the cheese-cracker mix to coat well.
  4. Place coated tenders on a baking sheet in a single layer, spray tops with cooking oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
